is dedicated to protecting our clients' privacy and the security of their
data. We never provide a client's name or e-mail address to any third party
without the client's express permission. When a client registers with AdServices,
we request only relevant client information. We track each client's use
of our service, but do not maintain usage information on an individual basis.
We will notify you of job status by e-mail if you check that method on our
Client Information Form when submitting jobs. If you do not want to receive
information about AdServices' future promotions, then check "no"
on our Client Information Form. Otherwise, you will be automatically added
to our mailing list in order to receive future information about our services
and promotions. AdServices does not use "cookies" to afford clients
automatic access to AdServices.com, because we consider "cookies"
an invasion of our client's privacy. Therefore, you must log on to AdServices.com
to access your account. Existing clients can add additional individual users
at any time. Each new individual user will have full use of our services
to create new jobs and download files. However, until a new individual user
is confirmed by AdServices to be an authorized purchaser of services, that
individual may only view those jobs they have personally entered. After
an individual has been confirmed to be an authorized purchaser of services,
they can access tracking on all of their company's projects if they are
one of the multiple users listed on the client's account. Additions or deletions
of multiple users must be e-mailed to AnnaH@AdServices.com,
for AdServices' confirmation. AdServices uses state-of-the-art encryption
technologies to ensure the security of each client's information. Like most
banks and online brokerage houses, we use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
and Thawte SSL Server Certificate technology, to encrypt your data in order
to keep it secure during transit. AdServices system is designed to ensure
that only your authorized users can access information about your jobs.
An independent survey found Thawte certificates are used on more than 41%
of active e-commerce servers on the net [Netcraft]. More than 95% of the
Fortune 500 companies use SSL security to protect their sensitive information.
When registering with AdServices, you will be asked to select an individual
identification and password to use when you log on to AdServices.com. Do
not disclose your individual identification or password to anyone. Make
